There is an exciting, useful, and long-asked-for update to the FraudScore platform, and we want to tell you more about it!
If you’ve been using FraudScore’s event report (you can read a little bit more about it here), you know that you need to use two separate reports to analyse conversions and events together.
In our recent update we’ve released a cross-connection for event report and conversion report. Now you are able to drill down each event, and analyse consecutive conversions for each event, or drill down from conversions level to specific events. The reports are now more handy to work with, and meet the demand of our clients for a more user-friendly events and conversions analysis.
Let’s take a look at the example, and go to Event Report:
By the way, you’ll notice that we’ve updated the list of available slices for the report! We’ve added extra 30+ slices for drilling down the events’ data.
You see the main event report. To start detecting suspicious events — click Conversions column to recalculate the report, and get the offer with the highest amount of conversions first.
Let’s take a look at the offer at the top of the table. The report shows the amount of conversions for this offer, and amount of events for each goal.
Note, that to view data for unique users — use the filter Unique at the top of the page.
Let’s drill down the offer even more, and check the report for a specific date. Click the offer name in the first column.
Add the date — select Date slice at the top of the page.
Now we see a detailed report for each date for the one particular offer — the amount of conversions for each date, the number of events inside the goals.
To drill down even more — select one date, and click the event that you want to analyse:
You get a detailed report with a list of conversions for a specific event inside one offer for a specific date! Now, you are able to view each event or conversion, go back to the date selection, or go to the detailed data about each affiliate or affiliate sub, etc. Each data type, row, and column is clickable:
And there is more: you can now get to Event Report right from the Conversions report by clicking Show Event Report button at the top of the report table:
This will not only help you get to the Event Report more promptly, but it also gives you an opportunity to, first, find the needed slice and level for analysis, and then — get directly to the events report.
